It all began in my childhood, when I spent my Sundays in the kitchen with my mother. As she prepared the couscous, the house slowly filled with the aromas of spices, simmering vegetables, and meats gently cooking in the broth. Those moments were precious. The whole family would then gather around a large table to share this comforting meal and enjoy a generous couscous, a true symbol of togetherness and tradition.

My passion for cooking comes directly from my mother. She always cooked with calmness and patience, carefully selecting fresh seasonal vegetables, fragrant spices, and quality meats.

A passion turned into a project

At the age of 48, after spending 20 years working in the beauty industry, I decided to change my life and follow what has always inspired me: cooking and the joy of bringing pleasure to others.

For me, cooking is far more than just an activity. It is a moment of calm and serenity, almost like meditation. It is also a way of sharing emotions, memories, and creating moments of togetherness.

That is how Miss Couscous was born — a project built on tradition, passion, and respect for authentic flavours.
